Return Policy
Any order(s) once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
A customer may exchange/ return the product only within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. To return the product, the customer shall call us/email us in the given time limit also providing us the opening video of the product. Upon receipt of the exchange/return request, customer will have to arrange the returns to our Mumbai address along with a product packing video. Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id like a Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit.

The product should be undamaged, unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ company seals (wherever applicable). We shall refund the amount only after we receive the product back and the quality check has been done for the same. In case, the product received back is not in the original condition, then no refund will be made to the customer.
Refunds Policy
Any refunds due by Aarshi Fashions® to the Customer shall be made in the following manner:
- Credit card: The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by Aarshi Fashions® without any charge on the Credit Card. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
- Net Banking/ Wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Aarshi Fashions® within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
* Note: If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
